Return Policy

At Forgotten Industries, many of our products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are not able to offer blanket returns or exchanges. However, we do review return requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.

Made-to-Order Items
Most of our apparel, prints, and specialty goods are produced after your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and offer unique designs, but it also means we cannot automatically accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or general preference.

Return Eligibility
If you would like to request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be included
• Item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these standards.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for processing.

Exchanges
Because most items are made to order, we are unable to guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size or variation, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.

We appreciate your understanding and support. By producing items to order, we are able to create distinctive, historically inspired products while minimizing overproduction and waste.
